When our tech team's Shawn had a vision for a step challenge, I brought the design skills to make it sustainable. Through Figma prototypes, weekly engagement strategies, and celebration planning, we transformed traditional wellness into something people actually wanted. The best part? Shawn learned Figma, I learned development handoffs, and together we created systems that continue thriving today.
Step Challenges 2025 and 2026:
Design and implement an innovative staff wellness initiative that promotes physical activity through an engaging space and beach-themed digital wellness experience for a hybrid workforce.

Led the conceptualization and implementation of a themed step challenge featuring four unique team identities
Designed comprehensive UI for what became the "One Small Step; One Giant Leap," and the “Take a Walk on the Beach” digital step challenge tracker experience
