    • Adult (weekly): 51% open rate (18,685 opens) 

    • Kids/Teens (weekly): 49% open rate (17,960 opens) 

Our segmentation strategy involved creating four distinct contact lists while maintaining one master list for emergencies. Surprisingly, subscription levels remained stable across all segments after giving members opt-out options.
